Choosing your essentials

Which mat size should I choose?

Measure your pet lying comfortably. Large is approximately 28 × 22 inches; XL is approximately 40 × 28 inches. Check the selected color and size on the product page before ordering.

Does the cooling mat need electricity?

No. It uses cooling fabric and needs no charging or frozen inserts. Use it in a shaded resting area with fresh water available. It is not a treatment for overheating and does not replace supervision.

Will the back-seat extender fit my vehicle?

Measure your rear-seat area and compare it with the dimensions on the product page before ordering. Check the selected size and installation requirements. Follow the included fitting instructions; the extender is not a substitute for a suitable pet restraint.

Can the roller be used directly on my pet?

No. The roller and detailer are for suitable fabric surfaces. Test a hidden area first. Empty the collected hair and reuse; no sticky refills are needed.

Can I return an item?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Contact us about damaged, defective or incorrect items. Read the return policy and contact us before sending anything back.
