Shopping with Modern Den

These terms apply to purchases and use of modernden.co, operated under the Modern Den store name and powered by Shopify. For product, order or policy questions, contact themoderndenco@gmail.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Products and responsible use

Review the selected color, size, measurements, included accessories and care instructions before purchasing. Screen colors and illustrative lifestyle images can differ from the physical item; the selected variant and written specifications identify what you order. Use products according to the manufacturer instructions and supervise pets as appropriate. Cooling accessories support comfort and do not replace shade, drinking water, rest or veterinary care.

Prices and promotions

Prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows applicable discounts, shipping charges and taxes before payment. Promotions apply only to eligible items and during their stated dates; combining discounts depends on the offer. Where displayed, a “price after sale” is a future scheduled price, not a claim about a previous selling price. Prices may change for future orders; changes do not retroactively change a completed purchase.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled, or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and arrange a correction with your agreement or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled item. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and is not a shipping confirmation.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

We currently ship within the United States. See our Shipping policy for delivery, tracking and delay information. Contact us promptly for an address change or cancellation request; changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under our Return and refund policy. Statutory cancellation, refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We use your order contact details for service messages, including confirmations, tracking and order issues. Marketing preferences can be managed separately.

Website use and content

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or upload unlawful content. Website content and third-party brand materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce protected content without the applicable rights or permission.

Updates and your rights

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The terms applicable when you place an order continue to apply to that order. Nothing here excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
