Shipping within the United States

Modern Den currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on our Cooling Mat, Pet Hair Roller & Detailer Set, and Hard-Bottom Back-Seat Extender to eligible US addresses. Available delivery options and any charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are fulfilled through our supply partners. Delivery timing depends on your selected product, variant, destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown for your order includes the timing specified there; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. If you need an item by a particular date or want an estimate for your ZIP code, email themoderndenco@gmail.com before ordering.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a refund. If no shipment timeframe was stated, we will seek your consent to a delay or refund the unshipped item if we cannot ship within 30 days. This is a delay-handling limit, not an advertised delivery estimate.

Tracking and separate parcels

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before payment. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows a problem, or your package is missing, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
