Returns and refunds

Modern Den does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including a preference for another color or size. Please check the selected option, measurements and product details before ordering, and contact us if you need help choosing.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, contact Modern Den promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us review your request. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. If we require an approved return for one of these issues, we will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping.

Please do not send products back before receiving instructions. The shipping label on the original parcel may not contain the correct return address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm when the refund has been processed; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies available under applicable law. Orders placed under an earlier published return policy retain the terms applicable when purchased.
